Are electric scooters allowed to be ridden on EU roads?

Our electric scooters are more suitable for wilderness riding. Customers are not recommended to ride on city roads. If you need to ride on city roads, please turn off the power or keep the speed at 25 km\/h.

What is your shipping policy?

Tifgalop offers shipping within the continental EU (except Switzerland, UK, Norway). We offer local pickup and shipping via UPS, DHL, DPD. No taxes or duties are required. Orders from stock are usually dispatched within 2 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Please allow 2-8 business days for your shipment to arrive. All delivery dates provided by Tifgalop are estimates. For more shipping information, please email support.eu@tifgalopbike.com. We will contact you within 24 hours.

What is your warranty policy?

All Tifgalop bikes and scooters are warrantied against manufacturing defects in material and\/or workmanship for 1 year from the date you received the bike (excluding all free accessories) We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in material and\/or workmanship (including damage during handling of the shipment) Before making a warranty claim, we recommend that you first contact us at support.eu@tifgalopbike.com.

What is your return and refund policy?

We provide an exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days of receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will bear the shipping costs for return (exchange), in case of non-quality return, the customer will bear the return shipping costs.

Do you support EU local pickup?

No, we do not support local pickup

How long does it take to fully charge the battery?

It will take 6-8 hours. You can use two chargers to charge at the same time and the time will be shortened.

How long will it take for my shipment to arrive?

Generally, your order will be shipped within one business day after the order is placed, and package shipping will take approximately 2-8 days.

Does my Tifgalop escooter or ebike come pre-assembled?

Please follow our instructions for installation.

What is the max speed for each PAS level?
