Return and Refund Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any valid reason (except for a change of mind), please contact our customer service via email within 14 days of receiving the product for a return and refund..

Return and Cancellation:

1.If you have not received the shipping notification, you can cancel or change this order by contacting our customer service via email. Our customer service will help you cancel or change the order within 24 hours of receiving your email.

2.If you have received the shipping notification, please note that we can NOT cancel or change orders anymore. Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive and you can either keep it or contact us to request a refund.

3.Do not return the package yourself or drop it off at the sender's address. Any product returned without acceptance will not be refunded.

4.Please email us within 14 days of receiving your Tifgalop.eu delivery if you justify a return.

5.Please describe the problem in the email.

6.Please wait for a response from our lovely Tifgalop.eu team, normally within 24 hours.

7.In the meantime, please keep the Tifgalop.eu delivery box in a cool and dry place to avoid damage.

8.After approval, a shipping address and instructions will be emailed to the mailbox where you ordered a Tifgalop.eu.

Acceptable conditions for return

1.14 days after receiving your Tifgalop.eu bike/electric scooter;

2.The bike must be unused, free from dirt, dust and other contaminants and in the original packed condition as you received it;

The customer is responsible for the return/exchange costs if:

1.The customer does not like the product and wants to return it;

2.Other personal reasons such as "wrong size", "does not fit", "no longer needed/wanted" etc.

In case of return for personal reasons, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer and deducted from the refund amount.

*The return fee for each bike is €100.

 

Tifgalop.eu will bear all return/exchange costs including shipping fees if a major defect is found for which there is proof; you can show the problem by email, either in the form of a picture or a video.

Our warranty policy takes effect upon receipt of the goods. If there is a minor defect, we will send the parts to the customer free of charge, and the freight cost will be borne by Tifgalop.de. We will cover the repair cost if the bike/electric scooter is repaired by a local shop.

Lost Package:

Tifgalop.eu is responsible for the delivery of your order. A delivery exception is when a package is temporarily held up in transit for an unforeseen reason. Even with the most reliable eCommerce order tracking, a lot can happen to a package in transit. If the tracking info is not updated for more than 3 days or even longer. Please be patient and wait for the delivery. Tifgalop.eu will always check and work on your behalf. If you have not received your order after 3 weeks of receiving the shipping confirmation email, the package is considered lost during the transition. Tifgalop.eu will bear the loss and offer you a full refund. 

Exceptions

The warranty will automatically be voided if any unauthorized modification is made. During the service order process, you must inform us of any unauthorized modifications or non-tifgalop.eu repairs or replacements made to your product. We are not responsible for any damage to the product that occurs during the repair process and is the result of unauthorized modifications or non-Tifgalop.eu repairs or replacements.

The warranty does NOT cover any problems caused by any of the following.

1.Any misuse of the product, such as using the bike for commercial/rental purposes, playing dangerous acts, etc., riding the bike under abnormal road conditions.

2.Any unauthorized modification to the product, such as disassembling the bike without instruction from Tifgalop.eu, incorrect installation, repair or maintenance by anyone other than Tifgalop.eu.

3.The product was involved in accidents such as traffic accidents.

4.The product was exposed to extreme environmental conditions (including extreme temperature or humidity), extreme physical or electrical stress or interference, fluctuations or surges in electrical power, lightning, static electricity, fire, force majeure or other external causes.

5.Damage to the anti-rust layer due to improper use (damage to the anti-rust layer may cause corrosion and breakage of parts).

3.After approval, a shipping address and instructions will be emailed to your inbox that you used to order from Tifgalop.eu.

4.We will process the exchange within 3 business days. Refunds will be made to the customer's original payment method within 2 business days.

WHEN WILL YOU RECEIVE REFUND

Refunds to credit/debit cards usually take 2-5 business days, but it may take up to 30 days depending on the card company. If you paid with PayPal balance, the money will be refunded to your PayPal balance. Please contact Paypal or your credit/debit card bank for more information about the refund.
