Tifgalop uses couriers such as DHL/DPD/UPS to deliver goods.

Order processing time 1-2 working days, delivery time 2-8 working days.

Note:

(1)  Currently it is not possible to ship to regions outside the EU (Switzerland/UK/Norway).

(2)  Sales prices include VAT.

(3)  Customers do not need to pay any import duties.

  1. DELIVERY DATE

We will ship your order within 24 hours if possible. After your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation will be sent to your email address. We are unable to provide additional shipping information or documentation for third party shipping. All estimated delivery dates provided by Tifgalop.de are based on estimates. Any changes made by the customer after the product has been shipped, including but not limited to changing the address, rescheduling an order, or updating shipping preferences, will void the option for replacement and/or refund if any issues arise.

CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS

Before your order is shipped, you can contact us to change the address. Once the package is shipped, the address cannot be changed. Please check if your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

If you have already registered on www.tifgalop.eu, you can track your order, shipping and processing information in your account.   1. LOST PACKAGES

Tifgalop.eu is responsible for the delivery of your order. A delivery exception occurs when a package is temporarily held up in transit for an unforeseen reason. Even with the most reliable eCommerce order tracking, a lot can happen to a package in transit. If the tracking info is not updated for more than 3 days or even longer. Please be patient and wait for delivery. Tifgalop.eu will always check and work hard for you. If you have not received your order after 3 weeks of receiving the shipping confirmation email, the package is considered lost during the transition. Tifgalop.eu will bear the loss and offer you a full refund.
