Are electric scooters allowed to be ridden on EU roads?
Our electric scooters are more suitable for wilderness riding. Customers are not recommended to ride on city roads. If you need to ride on city roads, please turn off the power or keep the speed at 25 km\/h.
What is your shipping policy?
Tifgalop offers shipping within the continental EU (except Switzerland, UK, Norway). We offer local pickup and shipping via UPS, DHL, DPD. No taxes or duties are required. Orders from stock are usually dispatched within 2 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Please allow 2-8 business days for your shipment to arrive. All delivery dates provided by Tifgalop are estimates. For more shipping information, please email support.eu@tifgalopbike.com. We will contact you within 24 hours.

All Tifgalop bikes and scooters are warrantied against manufacturing defects in material and\/or workmanship for 1 year from the date you received the bike (excluding all free accessories) We will replace any component that is defective or damaged in material and\/or workmanship (including damage during handling of the shipment) Before making a warranty claim, we recommend that you first contact us at support.eu@tifgalopbike.com.
What is your return and refund policy?
We provide an exchange service within 14 days. If the product is defective or damaged, send damaged photos or videos to customer service within 14 days of receiving the goods, and the damaged parts can be replaced or compensated. We will bear the shipping costs for return (exchange), in case of non-quality return, the customer will bear the return shipping costs.

How long does it take to fully charge the battery?
It will take 12-15 hours. You can use two chargers to charge at the same time and the time will be shortened.

I bought my wife, an electric scooter from a local store for Mother’s Day. She was very surprised and enjoyed it, but didn’t want to do it by herself. I was too heavy for a store-bought scooter, so she found the Tifgalop Website and bought me in K8 for my birthday. I have thoroughly enjoyed that machine and we would go on weekend adventures to local parks and rails to trails pathways. unfortunately, the range of my wife’s store-bought scooter was deficient and we would have to Limit our trips to about 15 miles round-trip.
After a lot of research and knowing We needed an upgrade I surprised my wife with a 60 V 38 amp black edition for Christmas. She was a little intimidated by the size and height at first but after a few short moments, she was doing 40 mph on local trails. . We have devised a way to get it into the back of my SUV using a rolling stool. I purchased a steering damper because I have one on my FF flight. I have not installed it since she says the ride is very smooth with no sense of instability even at 45 mph. The speed and power are impressive but the slow speed characteristics are also very good when slowing down to pass, pedestrians/dog walkers. off-road maneuvering is also very easy and stable.
The scooters are a wonderful addition to are active lifestyle.
We can’t wait for the next pathway/adventure!
Ive had the wonderful chance to ride my K8 once so far. It was thrilling to say the least. During that maiden voyage I discovered that it had taken some non visible damage during shipping. I contacted Tifgalop via phone and with in 10 minutes they had determined what had gone wrong and they were going to ship me a new rear motor free of charge! Unfortunate situation obviously, but Ive never experienced service like that before. As for the scooter itself, you have to see it in person to appreciate it.
I have had this scooter for over a month now and I am loving it very fast. The reason for the 4 stars is that my horn doesn't work I have contacted them as it seems that it is missing the connection to the horn. It is not a big deal as it's only the horn but It would be nice for everything to have been working out of the box.
Just got my K8 and it came im great shape all the way from uk to wa state and i love it great job this thing is a monster can't wait to have fun on this 👍😁
He's Big, He's sturdy, He's beautiful and so much more. Impeccable quality and workmanship went into this scooter, and you can tell as you are unpacking it. Everything you need is right in the box and its simple enough once you scan the QR code on the inside box flap. Once done with that you can watch the short, simple and easy to understand how to videos. After that i charged mine for about hours and adjusted everything. He is glorious.

During the process I wanted to order a few accessories and reached out to the support team, and they responded promptly and got me squared away quick! Honestly all interactions with the company were painless and professional. At this point I cannot say enough good things about them ort the product I have received.
