I have had this scooter for over a month now and I am loving it very fast. The reason for the 4 stars is that my horn doesn't work I have contacted them as it seems that it is missing the connection to the horn. It is not a big deal as it's only the horn but It would be nice for everything to have been working out of the box.

He's Big, He's sturdy, He's beautiful and so much more. Impeccable quality and workmanship went into this scooter, and you can tell as you are unpacking it. Everything you need is right in the box and its simple enough once you scan the QR code on the inside box flap. Once done with that you can watch the short, simple and easy to understand how to videos. After that i charged mine for about hours and adjusted everything. He is glorious.
If you order the K8 it will be coming from the EU.
During the process I wanted to order a few accessories and reached out to the support team, and they responded promptly and got me squared away quick! Honestly all interactions with the company were painless and professional. At this point I cannot say enough good things about them ort the product I have received.

J’ai bien reçu le colis sans dommages, dans les temps, tous les éléments étaient présents et pas abîmés.
Montage assez facile mais il manquait une vis pour fixation du porte bagage .
La notice est succincte mais suffisante si on est un peu logique et bricoleur , le tuto sur le site est utile.
Le service support est très réactif et efficace .
À l’usage , ce vélo est un mix entre une moto et un vélo , très sécurisant, et les matériaux de très belle facture .
C’est mon 1er vélo électrique et sa puissance est bluffante .
À ce prix et pour cette qualité , je recommande les yeux fermés !
